Sending Emails

Create and send emails from within the case file.  Each email is automatically saved within the case record in chronological order for easy reference. The following is an excerpt from the i-Sight case file showing that two emails have been sent.


 

Receiving Emails

i-Sight can also receive emails from external sources.  For example, if patient relations manager sends an email to a department director requesting some information, and this director simply replies to the email, i-Sight will automatically:

  • copy the reply email into the correct case file
  • send a copy of the email to the patient relations managers normal “Inbox” outside of i-Sight

This way you can effortlessly maintain a clear audit trail of all the email correspondence.
