Once a new case is entered into i-Sight it can be assigned to the person responsible for the complaint resolution or incident investigation.
The case record is centralized place that contains all the case related information.
- Original case details (patient name, issue type, etc.)
- Notes, emails and tasks displayed in chronological order
- Resolution notes describing and categorizing the outcome
- Attachments – any kind of electronic file
